'Tina,please!' were the two common words which haunted the (h/c)'s nightmares.
Maybe to others,it simply was a request and a name of a certain girl.But people didn't know what they meant to (Name) - it was practically the whole world to her.
The female felt hot tears streaming down her cheeks and stain the red and white sheets of her own bed.A sob threatened to leave her lips,but it didn't as she bit down onto her lower lip,watching through blurry eyes the objects surrounding her.
Sighing,the (e/c) eyed girl threw her legs at one edge of the bed,pondering what she was going to do if the situation wasn't to change - but it was not as if she didn't try,because she did - every single day of her life since that certain fateful day.
The image of the small Finnish girl being dragged away by the taller Swedish one played like a broken tape in (Name)'s mind.That was the night when she had to choose between duty and love.Of course she loved Tina with a burning passion that sometimes it hurt that much - but she couldn't have left her bigger sister,the girl who cared and took her in without even knowing who she really was.
Marlene accepted her as she was and never complained about her attitude.
They were happy together and their childhood days passed easily as they cared one for another,the peaceful atmosphere inviting and familial.
But as Marlene and Kristine got older,they started arguing one with another,throwing harsh words and practically fighting - visible marks were often left after that hurricane they caused,such as bruises,scratches here and there,deep wounds which (Name) and Tina tended.
That night though,the fight was the worst of all times - and the Swedish female decided to leave the already broken family,taking Tina with her and giving Nora the same opportunity - which she silently refused as soon as Marlene caught her hand into hers,giving her that lonley look.
Seeing that it was not worth trying,the navy blue gaze fell upon the youngest of the Nordics,giving her a chance too - the Finnish pleaded with her eyes for (Name) to choose their camp,but soon enough she took Kristine's hand and they left - she couldn't be as cruel as that,making the (h/c) choose between her and the female who was better than a mom to her.
The question which always crossed her mind was why the short blonde girl hasn't fought for her,why she haven't broke free from the Swede's grasp and stay with her - the only answer she could find was that Tina loved Kristine more than she loved her - and it hurt as if she was being stabbed in the chest.
Wiping away the tears with the back of her palm,(Name) washed her face in order to look decent - and for Marlene not to know that she was crying - she swore that day no one would make her baby girl shed a single tear - if only she would have known.
Accomplishing the few morning tasks - brushing her teeth,taking a shower,putting her (h/c) locks into a bun which she clipped with a cross similar to Nora's,but golden,changing her clothes and making the bed - she headed downstairs where the three other Nordic females waited for her.
Frida was playing with her pet puffin and ate licorice,Nora was preparing breakfast,while Marlene brewed some coffee.
"Godmorgen!" the girl greeted the three,taking her seat next to the Icelander's.
"Hej,my sweet baby!~" the Danish female smiled towards her,putting the coffee in the assigned cups.
"God morgen,(Name)!" the navy blue eyed girl responded in her usual tone,placing the plates in front of her younger sister and the (h/c),then for the elder of them and for herself.
"Hey systir!" the Icelander said as she shooed Mr.Puffin off.
(Name) loved how life with her so called sisters was - how everyone was understanding and caring towards her,how they shared everything,the only loud thing being Marlene's obnoxious tone.
"Are you okay,(Name)?" Frida asked,placing her soft palm upon her hand.
"Yes,I'm not really hungry,that's all!" she assured them,a small laugh echoing in the kitchen.
The Dane and the Icelander soon brushed it off as the word left her lips - though the Norwegian felt something was certainly wrong.
"I'm leaving for a while,søster!I'll be back until dinner time!" (Name) spoke up,putting aside her untouched food and heading towards the front door.
"Okay!Just make sure you won't get in trouble!You can call Kristjan or Steffen to come and pick you up!" Marlene yelled from the kitchen in order to make herself clear - at which the female responded with an equal loud yes.
(Name) felt bad for lying to her sisters - but it wasn't as if she would actually let her leave if she told her where she headed to.
Her steps were half loud as snow seemed to crunch under her weight,her (e/c) orbs following the horizon's line as she went on,small snowflakes getting caught into her hair.
Knocking twice at the door,the (h/c) could hear big steps coming towards her direction - and in the next instant the door opened,the intimidating female appearing in the frame of it.
"Hej Kris!Could I talk to Tina?" (Name) politely asked,feeling impatient at the thought that the Finnish female was so close to her now.
"Nej!G' h'm' (Name)!" the blonde female responded,closing the door as the words left her mouth.
"It's okay!I'm going to wait until Tina comes and talks to me!Have you heard me?" the (h/c) yelled,banging her fists into the door.
Giving up at doing so,she stood in the cold,frost nipping at her exposed skin,snowflakes still falling with grace to the ground.A hour passed so,two,three,until (Name) lost the track and had seen the colours fading slightly from the grey canvas,turning into velvety black ones.The only sound she could hear was the roaring of the wind,her entire body ridiculously cold - but she waited there.
A pair of strong arms snaked under the (h/c)'s legs,lifting her off of the ground,a string of curses in a familiar language following.A faint 'no' escaped the purple wind bitten lips as she fell into uncousciousness,the whail of the ambulance siren filling the air.
Tina finally managed to get in the main hall and open the door,cold cutting through her delicate skin.The Swede's hand caught her wrist,which she immediatly slapped away.
"Leave me alone!Look what you've done!If (Name) isn't going to make it through,you can forget I exist!" the small Finnish girl yelled,making her way towards the ambulance.

~Time skip~

Watching through the thick glass of the window which separed the hall of the patient's room,the three blue gazes along with the liliach one settled upon the two girls inside.
Tina was long time now under the covers with (Name),enveloping her into a tight hug in order to give all the warmth she could.
The Finnish female either whispered words in her native language in the (h/c)'s ear or she sang lullabies they used to love as she patted her locks.
"Please (Name)!Wake up!I'm really sorry for not being brave enough to stay with you!I'm sorry for not being able to tell you how much...Rakastan sinua!" she continued,in hope that the younger girl might wake up this way.
"Minäkin rakastan sinua,Tina!" (Name) muttered,her (e/c) orbs half lided and a small smile tucking at the corner of her lips.
The Finnish girl squeaked in happiness,burrying her face into the female's shoulder,kissing the soft skin from the valley of her neck,applying warm kisses all the way up to her face.
The said action brought so much warmth to (Name)'s body,the warmth she missed so many years and literally the one which was drained from her body as the crispy Nordic wind pinched at her skin.
Framing her delicate face with her soft palms,Tina didn't think twice before placing her lips upon (Name)'s.It was as both of them immagined it would be,gentle and sweet,loving,still it held something of their time being away one from another - growing needy and feverish.
"Maybe we should get together again for them!" Marlene suggested,at which the Swedish female grunted in response - but finally agreed upon it.
The two females drifted off to sleep,a welcomed one as they weren't dreaming anymore of the fateful day which separed them - as they were now together,their fingers interwinded,nothing and no one was able to break them apart.
