*Farmworker!Male!Hungary X Romanian!Reader*
Everytime Daniel approached a certain part of the Romanian territory,Dacian would gather all his strength and wouldn`t let him pass, thing which only made the first to ask himself if he was protecting something precious.
The Hungarian soon gave up,already having enough trouble with the stubborn nation to deal with that. But he still thought of it in between his breaks. What could it be?Some sort of treasure?Ivan already unfairily took those golden antichities dated from when the Dacic Imperium was still alive.
He had thought of everything important historical paper which might attest the beginning of the nation, the first book printed with Latin alphabet, not with the Slavon one but he was far from the real treasure that Dacian kept away from him.
Still nowadays, the Romanian would constantly argue and engage in battle with him,but not as much as back in the past, when him and Sophie took Transilvania away from him and called it 'Ardeal',which in his language meant 'the land beyond the hills'.
The Austro-Hungarian Imperium was powerfull at that time and Daniel regretted some things from back then, but wouldn`t admit it out loud.He was young, reckless and in need of land. And his closest neighbour was Romania.
He let a sigh escape his lips and continued his work in the fields,as the sun mercilessly stroken upon his head. The only thing that kept the Hungarian economy up was the agriculture. And Daniel knew very well that if he wanted his people to stay alive, they needed to take care of their fields, which they did.
The sight that Hungary offered was the large fields which seemed to touch the horizon line, plantations of either sunflower or corn.It was pitoresque and it gave the feeling of freedom,of freshness and rural.
Even if he did great and he had a lot of support taking into account the developed cities and the eolian complex system in the fields the Hungarian felt that he missed something. He couldn`t quite put the finger on it,but he felt as if someone was supposed to be there,in his heart, and it wasn`t.
"Daniel,my boy!" the old`s female voice came.
She was dusting her sweating hands off on her snow white apron which later she will surely wash with her own hands, the boy thought urging the named one towards her.
"That`s enough for today!" she said, entering a small workshed in the middle of which she had a round wooden table and some chairs.
"I want you to meet someone!" the woman continued, pointing for the boy to sit.
"Come in,darling!" she urged someother being inside the shadowy shed to enter.
Daniel had the sudden wish to turn his head and look towards the door to see at least the silouhete of the other person. But he gave it a second thought and found that quite impolite.
There were small steps on the wooden floor and the shuffling of a dress touching the ground. Also, the person`s breathing couldn`t be heard,so the Hungarian assumed that person was a girl.
"This is (Name)!" the elder female pointed to the girl.
That was when Daniel gathered all his courage and looked towards her direction. His eyes widened in surprise.Sure,he had seen a lot of girls before, but no one was like her.The girl had long (h/c) hair caught up into a ponytail, deep (e/c) eyes surrounded by long lashes which made her look more feminine than she already was, full pink lips with the corners plastered up into a welcoming smile and peachy soft cheeks.
Seeing the scenario Daniel being entranced by her beauty and studying her with curious, pale green eyes the woman let a sigh escape her lips as she introduced herself the dark haired male.
"And this is Daniel Herdervary!" she ended, reassuringly putting her hand onto his stiffened shoulder.
"N-Nice to meet you,Daniel!" (Name) softly said, her voice filling the Hungarian`s ears as music.
She extended her shakily hand towards him, which he gladly took and instead of a friendly shake which the girl expected the male gingerly placed a kiss on it.
Maybe she was that missing piece he longed for. That kind of love he haven`t experimented yet.
